An intimate wine-blending experience in our historic cellar

Part science, part art, wine blending is the magical tool in a winemaker’s kit that enhances aromas, flavors, and marries a variety of grapes. Blending highlights the attributes of certain grapes while balancing out the profile of others. In the words of Aristotle, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

In this fun two-and-a-half-hour experience, enjoy a brief tour of our production facility and sample wine right out of the barrel before heading to our historic cellar. In a cozy, fieldstone-clad room where wine was made in the 1800s, our assistant winemaker will share the significance of blending around the world and how Boeger approaches the process. Learn how to taste, evaluate, and describe wines as you prepare to be a winemaker! The experience concludes with a hands-on blending session where guests will make their own signature blend to take home!

The cost is $65 per person and $55 for club members (limit 4 at club price). The experience is limited to 12 guests, everyone must be 21 or older and we cannot accommodate pets due to space constraints. Please note that due to the historic nature of our cellar, it is not ADA-compliant. Guests will need to navigate three steps to access the space. Click below to reserve your spot. Questions?
